LOCFS proudly celebrates Mr. Miller, who enrolled in the Changing Lanes Project in June 2020. Despite facing homelessness post-incarceration and after a 20-year sentence, he achieved all his goals with support from LOCFS. With community donations and encouragement, he secured housing, a job, and even purchased his first vehicle! 🎉 #ReentryMatters #ChangeAgents
